## 2. Occupancy Certificate (OC) Without OC, the building is ILLEGAL. You can’t get: – Electricity connection – Water connection – Home loan Always ask builder for OC before paying advance!
## 3. Completion Certificate (CC) Shows the building is completed as per approved plans. Check if the actual building matches the approved plan.
## 4. Society Transfer Papers If buying resale, check: – Society NOC – Membership transfer clearance – Outstanding maintenance bills cleared
## 5. Title Deed & Sale Agreement Make sure the seller’s name matches all documents. Get a lawyer to verify (costs ₹5,000-₹10,000 in Kandivali).
